WHO WE ARE
THE SPACE
Blue Collar Strength Club is quite literally a garage gym. It is old school strength training at its best. It is small, gritty and no frills. if we need more space to run some carries or medley events we usually head outside for the extra room.
Although we may not be the most spacious gym, we are positive we are one of the best strength focused gyms in the South Central Kentucky area.

THE PEOPLE
We show up at the same time. We share equipment. Encourage each other. We push each other. We strive to embody an "IRON SHARPENS IRON" atmosphere.
This is not a place for those who prefer a quiet gym space for solo training with headphones on. When you train with us, expect to be engaged. Come on out, get to know the team and enjoy an atmosphere of people deciding to do hard things.
You won't find any treadmills here. What you will find is loud music, encouraging people, plenty of chalk, and the smell of ammonia. You will also find knowledge, wisdom and experience. Intensity is welcomed and strongly encouraged. Hard work isn't expected, it's required.
